Raw raspberries icecream

Very easy to prepare but so tasty, good for an hot summer day!!




This is a delicious and very easy to make dessert. I love to prepare fruit icecream in the summer when I need something refreshing.

ingredients for one serving:

1 ripe banana
100 gr raspberries

Cut into slices the banana and clean the raspberries, put the fruit in the freezer at least for 8 hours.

vegan chocolate chips cookies


So simple and so good. Perfect for breakfast, for a snack or as a little present packed in a nice bag.

150 gr wheat flour
50 gr whole wheat flour
70 gr dark chocolate chips
60 gr corn oil
60 gr rice or corn malt
1 spoon of natural raising powder
 2-3 spoons of rice or soy milk
1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

 In a  medium bowl, wisk togheter  flour, raising powder, salt and the chocolate chips ,add malt, oil and rice or soy milk.

Pumpkin soup

My favorite autumn vegetable, the pumkin, as soon as I find it in the stores or markets I start cooking it in varios ways. Pumpkin addict!!!


For my first receipe I naturally use pumpkin!!! This is a very easy soup that enhance the natural swetness of the pumpkin.
1 little hokkaido pumpkin
1 little onion
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Clean, peal and cut in little pieces the pumpkin, slice the onion and put everything in a pot with a few spoons of oil and a pinch of salt and cover with water.
Put the pot on fire, cover with a lid and let cook for about 25 minutes, the pumkin has to be soft.
Using a blender make a soft creme, add, if needed, oil and salt, mix well and serve warm.
