150 gr wheat flour
50 gr whole wheat flour
70 gr dark chocolate chips
60 gr corn oil
60 gr rice or corn malt
1 spoon of natural raising powder
2-3 spoons of rice or soy milk
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, wisk togheter flour, raising powder, salt and the chocolate chips ,add malt, oil and rice or soy milk.
